TERMS & CONDITIONS
(1) Items can be shipped to Malaysia/Singapore/Indonesia/Brunei. Quoted prices are for shipment within Malaysia only so if you're elsewhere, please email for a new shipping quote.
(2) All items are new & authentic so don't worry. I do not, have not and will not sell fake bags, you have my word! Authenticity has never been an issue and I will no longer entertain questions regarding this.
(3) All sales are final. First come, first served and NO CANCELLATIONS please. A lot of time,effort,money & trust goes into running this business so please be serious about your purchase.
(4) To reserve a bag, put down 50% deposit first so that I can ship your bag to Malaysia. The balance is to be paid within 5 days of reservation.
(5) Serious buyers only! Absolutely NO bookings without deposit and no refunds on cancellations. Items will be put up for sale again within 5 days if full payment isn't received.
(6) We do not accept installments or requests for discounts. Please pay the exact amount stated.
(7) We follow a STRICTLY NO CANCELLATIONS policy. Please choose and make your decision wisely. No changes allowed once you have chosen your item. If you have corresponded with me regarding your item, please be considerate and honor your part of the bargain.
(8) Items will be shipped from US only after payment is received. Shipments take about 2-3 weeks/10-14 working days to arrive (including Customs clearance) so please be comfortable with this time frame. If items are delayed during shipment, you will be notified.
(9) Items are not returnable, exchangeable or refundable. We are not responsible for any losses/damages/delays incurred during shipping and handling. Adding insurance for items is always encouraged.
(10) Proof of payment must be emailed to us before item can be reserved under your name.Include your name, address, phone number and bank reference number when you contact us.
:: All items are checked thoroughly for any flaws/defects before being put up for sale. We will not be held accountable should items get damaged during shipment as this is beyond our control.
